Beschreibung
Pseudomugil paskai reaches about 3 cm. Its body is translucent with iridescent blue-green highlights. The fins are long and often edged in white. Dominant males display brighter colors. It is a schooling and shy fish that prefers calm waters. It is sensitive to sudden parameter changes. Its reproduction is similar to other Pseudomugil, with eggs attached to plants.

Keep a group of at least 6 in a minimum 40-liter aquarium. Water must be very soft (GH 3-8), acidic to neutral (pH 6.0-7.0) and 24-28°C. Gentle filtration and subdued lighting are preferred. The tank should be densely planted with shaded areas. Feed with micro-foods, infusoria and brine shrimp. Water changes should be done carefully (10-15% weekly). Avoid fast or large fish.
