Beschreibung

Seriatopora stellata has very thin branches, often arranged in a star shape, with sharp tips. Polyps are small and retractile, revealing aligned corallites. Color ranges from light brown to green, sometimes with purple tips. It grows in dense, compact colonies. It is less tolerant of strong currents than Pocillopora. Growth is moderate. It requires very stable water.
