Glossostigma is a foreground plant widely used to create a dense, low carpet in aquariums.
Description
This plant has small oval light green leaves (5-10 mm) on creeping stems. It grows quickly and forms a dense carpet if light is high and CO2 present. It is similar to Hemianthus callitrichoides but with slightly larger leaves. Very popular in aquascaping.

Demanding. Temperature 22-28°C, pH 6.0-7.0, low hardness. High light (1W/L or more). CO2 essential. Nutrient-rich substrate and liquid fertilizers. Regular trimming to prevent it from growing tall. Sensitive to algae. Suitable for experienced aquarists.
