Description
Vallisneria americana is a robust aquatic plant forming clumps of linear leaves up to 1 meter long. It spreads quickly via stolons. Tolerates a wide range of parameters and is ideal for beginners. In aquariums, it prefers a rich substrate and moderate lighting. It can flower at the surface with small white flowers.
