Centropyge flavissima is a dwarf angelfish with a bright yellow body, blue margins on the dorsal and anal fins, and a characteristic blue ring around the eye. It reaches about 14 cm. It is found on Indo-Pacific reefs, often in small groups. In aquariums, it is active and requires a well-established tank with live rock for grazing. It can be sensitive to water quality changes.

Care notes
Tank of at least 150 L with live rock and hiding spots. Very stable water, nitrates <10 ppm. Varied diet: algae, spirulina, mysis, brine shrimp. Avoid soft corals as it may nip.
