Ludwigia inclinata is a slender stem plant reaching 40-60 cm. Its leaves are opposite, lanceolate, light green to slightly reddish under high light. It produces small yellow flowers at the surface. In aquariums, it grows fast and requires regular trimming. Growth is enhanced by strong lighting and CO2 supplementation. It can be used in the background or midground.

Care notes

Ideal parameters: temperature 22-28°C, pH 6.0-7.5, GH 3-8, KH 2-5. High lighting (0.5-1 W/L) required for good coloration. CO2 recommended (20-30 mg/L). Easy to moderate difficulty, fast growth. Regular trimming to avoid shading. Compatible with most peaceful fish. Liquid fertilizer and nutrient-rich substrate beneficial. Can be grown outdoors in summer.
