Temperature: 24-28°C, pH 6.5-7.5. A minimum tank size of 500 liters is essential. Moderately hard water (GH 5-15). Varied diet: large pellets, vegetables, worms, shrimp. Provide powerful filtration and regular water changes. It can coexist with other large peaceful fish. Avoid very small species. A heavy lid is necessary. Species for experienced aquarists.
