Care notes

Ideal temperature: 24-28°C, pH 6.0-7.5. A minimum tank size of 80 liters is recommended for a group. Water should be soft to moderately hard (GH 4-10). Provide a varied diet: flakes, pellets, brine shrimp, bloodworms. Plant densely and leave open swimming areas. Avoid strong currents. Compatible with other peaceful fish. Males can be territorial with each other; it is best to keep one male or a group with several females. A lid is necessary.
