Acropora robusta is a massive coral with thick, sturdy branches, often cream or brown. It is very hardy and suitable for beginner SPS aquarists.
Descripción
Colonies of Acropora robusta are massive or dome-shaped, with short, thick branches. Corallites are large and spaced, giving a rough texture. Color ranges from beige to dark brown, sometimes with bluish tips. This species tolerates less stable conditions than other Acropora. Growth is slow to moderate. Behavior is semi-aggressive, but less than other species.

Parameters similar to other Acropora: temperature 24-28°C, pH 8.1-8.4, salinity 1.023-1.025. Moderate to intense lighting, moderate to strong flow. Calcium 400-450 ppm, magnesium 1250-1350 ppm, alkalinity 7-12 dKH. Nitrates <10 ppm, phosphates <0.1 ppm. Minimum tank volume 80 L. Compatible with most hard corals. Feed plankton 1-2 times per week.
