Yong's Acropora is a fast-growing branching coral, often brightly colored. It is popular in the hobby for its relative hardiness.
Descripción
This coral forms fine, regular branches, yellow, green or blue. Polyps are small and numerous. It colonizes well-lit reef areas. Growth is fast, up to 10 cm per year. It can reach 40 cm in diameter. It is less demanding than other Acropora. Good water flow is needed. It tolerates slightly variable parameters.

Temperature 24-28°C, pH 8.1-8.4, salinity 1.023-1.025. Calcium 400-450 ppm, magnesium 1250-1350 ppm. Intense lighting. Moderate to strong flow. Feed with zooplankton and phytoplankton. Minimum tank volume 100 L. Nitrates <10 ppm, phosphates <0.1 ppm. Compatible with most SPS corals. Easy to frag.
