Descripción

Microsorum pteropus 'Trident' is distinguished by its light to dark green leaves, 20-30 cm long, divided into three pointed segments. This particular shape brings a unique texture to the aquarium. Like all Java ferns, it is an epiphyte that must be attached to wood or stones. Growth is slow but steady. It tolerates parameter fluctuations well. Plantlets often appear on the edges of old leaves.

Notas de cuidado

Very easy plant, suitable for beginners. Low to medium light, no CO2 needed. Temperature 20-28°C, pH 6.0-7.5. A balanced liquid fertilizer promotes growth. Avoid planting the rhizome in the substrate. Can be used as background or midground. Compatible with most fish and shrimp. Occasional trimming of old leaves maintains its aesthetic appearance.
