Descripción

Peckoltia vittata is a catfish from the Loricariidae family, native to Brazilian rivers. It has an elongated body with dark vertical stripes on a light background. Like other Loricariidae, it has a sucker mouth and feeds mainly on algae and small invertebrates. It is a peaceful and discreet species that appreciates hiding places.
