Trochus sandwichensis is a marine snail from the Trochidae family, native to Hawaii. Its conical, spiraled shell is often patterned. It is diurnal and active, constantly grazing on algae. Very popular in reef aquariums for its efficiency and compatibility with corals. Occasionally reproduces in aquariums.
