Descrição

This shrimp reaches 2-3 cm. Its coloration is brown-green with lighter spots and sometimes a clear dorsal line. The rostrum is medium length. Legs are slender. It lives in rivers of Sulawesi. Its behavior is peaceful and shy, often hiding among plants. It feeds on algae, detritus, and microorganisms. Reproduction is moderate; females carry 20-40 eggs. Juveniles are robust.
