The Dwarf Molly is a small freshwater fish, ideal for nano tanks. It originates from the Yucatán and breeds easily.
Descrição
It is one of the smallest poeciliids, males reaching barely 3 cm. The body is stocky and the dorsal fin is large. Coloration is variable: grey, yellow, with black spots or blue reflections. Females are larger and duller. It is a peaceful and schooling fish. It lives in clear, hard water. In aquariums, it is very active and enjoys plants. Its small size makes it an excellent choice for small volumes.

A 30-liter tank is enough for a small group. Temperature 24-28°C, pH 7.0-8.0, GH 10-20. Omnivorous, accepts micro-foods, infusoria, brine shrimp. Keep in groups of at least 6. Compatible with other small peaceful fish. Ovoviviparous reproduction, fry are very small. Regular water changes.
