Description

Anubias minima is a dwarf species with oval leaves 2-5 cm, dark green. The rhizome is very thin and short, forming dense clumps. It usually does not exceed 5-8 cm in height. Growth is extremely slow. It produces small white flowers when emersed. Ideal for small aquariums, it can be used as foreground or attached to small stones. It is very hardy and tolerates varied conditions.

Care notes

Parameters identical to other Anubias: temperature 22-28°C, pH 6-7.5, GH 3-10. Low to moderate light. Attach to a small rock or root. Do not bury rhizome. Light fertilization. CO2 not needed. Rarely needs trimming. Compatible with shrimp and small fish. Minimum tank size 5 liters. Watch for algae if light is too intense.
