Description
Chrysiptera rollandi grows up to 6 cm. Its body is bright yellow with a black spot on the anterior part of the dorsal fin. The pelvic and anal fins are also yellow. It is a diurnal species that lives in small groups in the wild. It feeds on zooplankton and algae. In aquariums, it is generally peaceful but can become territorial if space is limited. Its vivid coloration makes it a highly appreciated fish.

Care notes
Maintain a temperature of 24-28°C, pH 8.1-8.4, GH 8-12 and KH 8-12. Nitrates should not exceed 20 mg/L and phosphates 0.1 mg/L. A minimum tank size of 100 liters is recommended. Diet should be varied: flakes, pellets, brine shrimp and algae. This species is compatible with other peaceful fish and reef invertebrates. Avoid keeping it with overly aggressive fish. A setup with live rock and hiding places is ideal.
